Originally forming as a four-piece in early 2005 before a line-up change in November saw the birth of a new band; City In Panic, a five-piece metal act with members hailing from the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
City In Panic recorded their debut EP, “Burn Bright White”, after being together for only a couple of months. The four track disc contains an array of melodic Swedish-influenced thrash riffs, brutal vocals and sludgy breakdowns.
2007 will see CIP touring to promote the EP and give audiences a taste of their new material. Always striving to progress as musicians and as a band, this year you can expect them to step it up: more thrash, more metal, more darkness.
