Hailing from the small tropical town of Byron Bay is one of the youngest, fastest growing bands in Australian hardcore.With the recent death of many of Australias best hardcore bands in the last year, 50 lions are picking up where bands such as Hitlist and Last Nerve left off.
50 lions formed with the intent of playing heavy agressive music without the bullshit of todays scene, no down tuned mosh metal chuggs, no singing parts, no whingey lyrics about girls. Just hardcore as it should be.
With their debut 7" almost selling out within 3 months of its release and their debut album Nowhere To Run one of the most highly anticipated albums of 2006 expect to see 50 Lions in your city very soon.
