Highlights of the last 18 months since LOVE IS THE NEW HATE was released in New Zealand and Australia have included:

Earlier this year, SHIHAD released their first ever live DVD called Shihad Live at Aotea Square – shot in Auckland upon LOVE IS THE NEW HATE’s release in 2005. The band performed in front of some 10,000 people in the Square and the DVD went on to debut as the Number 1 Music DVD in New Zealand when it was released.
On the live circuit, SHIHAD were a part of the New Zealand and Australian national 2006 Big Day Out tour and were included on other major festivals including Splendour in the Grass 2005, Rock It 2006, Rippon 2006. Earlier this year, SHIHAD had 2 massive shows at Shepherd’s Bush Empire, London and sold out headlining tours in Australia and New Zealand.
